Head coach Kim Jong-min has signed a three-year contract extension.
The Korea Expressway Corporation High Pass Volleyball Team has signed a three-year contract through the 2025-2026 season with head coach Kim Jong-min, who led the team to the V-League title in the 2022-2023 season and became the highest paid coach in women’s history.

After taking over in April 2016, Kim Jong-min led the team to a historic ‘V1’ in the 2017-2018 season, the first since the club’s inception. In the 2021-2022 season, the team won 12 games in a row, the longest winning streak in team history. In the 2022-2023 season, the team achieved a V2 feat by leading the first “reverse sweep” in V-League history. It was a golden tower of perseverance, achieved without even being considered a favorite.메이저놀이터
“We decided to re-sign Coach Kim Jong-min in recognition of his achievements in achieving two V-League championships since its inception and playing a big role in establishing a prestigious club with his excellent team management skills,” said a Roadworks team official.
Shortly after signing the contract, Kim Jong-min said, “I am grateful to the club for believing in me and making a good offer, and I will show the unique volleyball of Korea Road Corporation through various attempts with a long-term perspective.”
With the three-year renewal, Kim Jong-min became the longest-serving head coach in the women’s program with a contract of 10 years (2016-2026). Previously, Lee Jung-cheol (now a commentator for SBS Sports) led IBK for nine years.
